Order Fulfilment Assistant

Full-time | Immediate Start

We’re looking for an energetic and dynamic person to join our order fulfilment team as a full-time member at our Sydney Roastery & HQ. This role is based in Chatswood.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of the order fulfilment team, you will pick, prepare, package, and dispatch or deliver customer orders accurately and efficiently. You’ll also handle customer interactions in a professional and helpful manner, in line with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coffee packing and bagging
  • Order preparation and fulfilment
  • Customer service and deliveries
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe production environment
  • Processing incoming goods and managing stock
  • Working as part of a team to achieve wider team goals
  • Participating in events at the roastery

This is a full-time salaried position (38 hours per week).
Typical work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

ABOUT YOU

This role requires strong attention to detail, as we work with a wide range of products and specific customer requirements. It’s a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Since you'll have regular interactions with customers, strong customer service skills are essential.

  • Intermediate computing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to hustle and work to deadlines
  • Hospitality experience (advantageous)
  • Full, clean driver’s licence (manual driving skills a plus)
  • Forklift licence (advantageous)
