WHICH SUBSCRIPTION IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Choosing the right subscription depends on your needs and preferences:

  • Pay-as-You-Go: Ideal if you prefer flexibility and no long-term commitments. You can skip, pause, modify or cancel your order anytime.
  • Pre-Paid: Perfect for those who want to save money who are ready for a longer commitment. Offers 3, 6, or 12-month options with upfront payment, monthly deliveries and continued flexibility to skip or change blends.

What changes can I make to my subscription after signing up?

Once you subscribed you'll be provided with an account where you can manage and adjust your subscription:

  • Blend* (prices may vary)
  • Quantity
  • Delivery frequency
  • Address and payment details

Additionally, you can:

  • Skip a delivery if you're away, need a break, or just want to shop a sale
  • Add a one-time product* (extra coffee, chocolate, chai, tea, equipment, etc.)
  • Cancel anytime (excludes pre-paid)

How often will i get the coffee?

This will vary based on your consumption. You'll be able to begin anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks. We then advise you login to your account and adjust the delivery schedule as necessary after seeing how your order lasts.

Pay-as-you-go: Fresh & Frequent is recommended for 2 week deliveries, Single Origin is recommended monthly, and bulk buy pack (Big Sipper) is completely up to you!

Pre-paid subscriptions are delivered on a monthly basis.

Can I change BLENDS DURING MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes! In fact we encourage it! Try a different blend at any time. Just remember that this will update all future orders. Prices may vary.

If you have a pre-paid subscription or you require more complex changes that are not available to you in the portal, please contact us so we can do this on your behalf at hello@gabrielcoffee.com.au.

How much coffee do i need?

Here is somewhere to start:

250g (1 cup per day for 4 weeks)
1kg (4 cups per day for 4 weeks)

How do i manage my subscription?

You will see a link at the checkout, and also be sent an email with your account details after purchase. You can also log in right here: Manage Your Subscription

How much is shipping?

  • Pay-as-You-Go: All prices you see are per delivery.
  • Pre-Paid: All of our pre-paid subscriptions offer free shipping.

Can i add one-off extra bags of coffee or 'not coffee' products to my subscription?

You will be able to add additional products to your subscription deliveries where required. These products will not be added to your ongoing subscription package.

Can i track my order?

When it is time for your order to be shipped, an email notification with tracking details will be sent to you. Alternatively you can check the progress of upcoming orders via the Manage Your Subscription portal.
