Refund policy
RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange on any items that are sold on this website. If a buyer wishes to contact us regarding a return, this must be done within the first 3 days of receiving the item. We are unable to accept returns for the following: Coffee & other perishable goods Contact to return items made beyond the specified 3 day timeframe. If an item identified by us is eligible for a return, it must be in an unused, undamaged state in its original packaging. If this is not met then no refund or exchange can be facilitated. To identify and/or approve circumstances for a return an exchange or refund, we will, at our discretion request for additional information. Such information may include but is not limited to, proof of purchase of the item to be returned. Costs incurred from returning the product to Gabriel Coffee will not be reimbursed to the buyer and/or sender.
CHANGES TO POLICY
We reserve the right to amend, replace & change the information stipulated on this page at any given time. Continued use of our website after these changes have been made means that you agree and accept the new information provided.
