Delivery Driver

We’re looking for a permanent full-time delivery driver to transport coffee to our valued customers in the Sydney area.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The delivery driver will ensure that customers receive their orders safely, in full, and on time.

As one of the main face-to-face representatives of our company in Sydney, this role plays a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan efficient delivery routes.
• Load orders into the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are properly stacked and secured.
• Deliver orders to each customer’s designated area.
• Provide warm and professional customer service.
• Meet delivery deadlines.
• Communicate daily with dispatch and the customer care team.
• Obtain client or customer signatures when required.
• Drive safely and courteously at all times.
• Follow best practices for safety, both on the road and when loading/unloading.
• Maintain and keep delivery vehicles clean and in top condition.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a confident self-starter who is organised, reliable, and effective when working autonomously.

You should be physically fit, a strong communicator, and able to relate to people from all walks of life. A sense of hustle and a positive outlook are essential.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a full, clean driver’s licence.
• Be physically fit and able to lift up to 24kg (with approved lifting equipment).
• Have strong customer service skills.
• Be familiar with the greater Sydney area.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be reliable, with a clean and tidy appearance.
• Be a proactive self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Be solutions-focused.

EXTRA DETAILS

• This is a full-time role, with standard hours typically between 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required based on delivery runs and customer needs.
• Our roastery is based in Chatswood, Sydney.
