NOTES
Red Grape, Orange, Panela.
Herrera is nestled in between mountains with the Hereje River passing on the valley on the side of the town. This area has incredible and unique agroclimatic conditions, resulting in this delicious coffee.
The coffee farmers contributing to El Meridiano start by picking ripe cherries which are taken to the wet mill at the farm. The coffees are washed and then taken to either parabolic covered patios or Casa Helda (a rooftop patio with a retractable roof) where it will stay for 8 to 15 days for drying. The purchased coffee is then delivered to the mill in Armenia, and when ready, sent to port to export.
Expect a bright, sweet and juicy mouthfeel. Easy drinking and moreish.
