NOTES
Red Plum, Candied Orange, Sugarcane.
Masha station was established in 1989, primarily serving subsistence farmers.
Each lot, organised by station, day, and quality, undergoes evaluation by expert cuppers in the lab, ensuring traceability is maintained throughout the entire process. Remarkably, it takes a team of two hand-pickers a full day to inspect a single bag.
Honey processing can be thought of as a hybrid between traditional washed and natural processing. The coffee undergoes harvesting and sorting, followed by a milling process that eliminates the cherry skins and a portion of the adhesive, honey-like mucilage (thus earning its name) enveloping the cherry bean before the drying phase.
Expect a well-balanced cup with complex fruit notes.
