Edilberto is a second-generation coffee farmer. His farm is located in San Antonio and currently grows Pache, Catuai, Castillo and Caturra. He recently began to process natural coffees with the aim of delivering the best out of Peru.
This coffee was carefully hand-picked to select only the ripest cherries before being hand-sorted for any defects. sundried on raised beds in temperature-controlled conditions for 25 – 30 days. By doing this, it allows the sugars to concentrate as moisture slowly evaporates.
Syrupy body and intense mouthfeel!
