Alexander Vargas is a well-known name in the municipality of Palestina. Alexander has been immersed in the world of coffee from the young age of 15, following in the footsteps of his parents.
At Finca La Piragua, Alexander has opted to cultivate exotic and high-quality varities to remain competitive in an increasingly demanding coffee market. These include pink bourbon, geisha, java and tabi, which not only stand out in flavour, but also for their ability to excel in competitions. Alexander has been a national finalist in the Cup of Excellence on four occasions, a true testament to the quality of his coffee.
This coffee is insanely delicious. Super complex, juicy and sweet. You definitely don’t want to miss this fruit bomb!
