Alejo Khale Castro’s expert management has consistently placed Volcán Azul in the Cup Of Excellence (COE), picking up 2nd spot in 2017, two places in 2020 and another two places in 2021.

The dream has always been to “produce the best coffee in the world”. 

Coffee trees have been planted on highly fertile volcanic soil 1400 metres above sea level.

Well balanced and sweet, Volcán Azul is back for another year, now red honey processed!
