I'm using a very similar method they use in the cafes and it tastes the same. I love the mix of spices with the tea leaves that gives a truly good uplifting feeling.

Pranab chai original blend

I tried this first in Broome on holiday and it has become my favourite so far. Like all foods, everything is so personal but I think it's worth a try if you can find a Cafe that uses it.
