Product is poor, customer service to match

Stainless Steel Kalitas are apparently known for clogging, little to my knowledge prior to buying. Contacted Gabriel’s Customer service to initiate refund as item technically isn’t fit for its intended purpose under Australian Consumer Law - no response to any of my attempts to contact.

Thankfully the Kalita can be fixed with a puck screen or similar. Customer service? Not so much

Would go elsewhere
