El Indio is the result of an ongoing program with a group of producers from Planadas, Tolima. The cooperative (ASOPEP) has built a new processing centre specifically to produce natural coffees in the region, as most producers didn’t have the appropriate infrastructure to process them at their individual farms.
This project has received funding from the Pope himself, as they have recruited a high number of former guerrillas who decided to return to civiliSation and end the war!
Expect bold flavours of ripe tropical fruits with a sugary sweet mouthfeel.
Topped off with a chocolatey finish.
