Norbil Pérez Tello, a founding producer with Aroma Del Valle cooperative, actively participates in workshops on productivity and quality, experimenting with fermentation and drying techniques. 

Guided by Aroma Del Valle, he recently planted sought-after Geisha varieties. The cooperative supports smallholders with agrotechnical advice, fertilisers, seedlings, and shade trees, ensuring high-quality lots through rigorous cupping. 

He named his own farm called La Chirimoya. Norbil’s passion is coffee, and was already planting coffee trees at 18 years old.

This coffee offers fruitiness, sweetness, and a crisp finish—an easy-drinking delight!
