Joel proudly considers his family pioneers in coffee production in the remote highlands of Siltepec, Chiapas. Inspired by his father, who shared his knowledge and passion for coffee farming, Joel has been a dedicated coffee producer for over 40 years. Today, he and his son work together to harvest the cherries, which the entire family helps process post-harvest. 

In 2021, they began focusing on specialty coffee production, adding value to their product and creating additional income to support the family. This shift has improved their quality of life, driven by Joel’s enduring love for coffee. 

Sweet and silky with a medium body and hints of mellow spices—pure delight!
