Sookoo Coffee produces both naturally processed and washed coffees, using cherries sourced from the surrounding kebeles (town/village). Lots are typically named after the kebele from which the cherries originate (e.g. Shoondhisa).

Before Sookoo, Ture was managing farms/production in Guji, southern Ethiopia, a part of Ethiopia that Ture knows as well as anyone (and better than most). This is, of course, where Ture gets his nickname, “The King of Guji.”
