NOTES
Blueberry, Red Grape, Dark Chocolate.
This coffee comes from the Chelchele washing station, located in the kebele (village) of Chelchele, in the district of Kochere, within the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.
Yirgacheffe is renowned for its coffees that taste like blueberries. This region is abundant with thick vegetation, a result of its warm tropical climate with moderate wet and dry seasons. Most coffee is shade-grown by small producers using organic practices.
Ethiopia holds near-legendary status among coffee-producing countries, not only because it’s the “birthplace” of Arabica coffee, but also because it is truly unique in the coffee world.
This coffee has a silky body with a bold yet fruity sweetness. Yum!
