Yamile started producing commercial-grade coffee nearly seven years ago. After five years, she and her mother decided to pursue specialty coffee, attracted by its potential. The transition was challenging due to the demanding labour and meticulous attention to detail, but it brought better income and quality of life.
Yamile has invested in different coffee varietals and infrastructure improvements, including a new drying station that enhances their processing capacity. Their next upgrade is a dedicated storage space.
This coffee is super juicy and clean!
