NOTES
Floral, Creamed Honey, Milk Chocolate.
Originally a tomato farmer, Antônio José de Vilas Boas purchased Sítio Dois Irmãos farm in 2000, building its first drying patio four years later to optimise processing. By 2011, a larger harvest allowed further investment in the farm, leading to more coffee plantings.
Located at the foot of the Serra da Pedra Branca mountain range in Minas Gerais, Sítio Dois Irmãos benefits from ideal altitudes, averaging 1,300 meters above sea level.
While most Brazilian coffee is grown on large, mechanised farms to maximise productivity, this farm stands out for its quality-focused approach. Expect a creamy, sweet cup with subtle fruit and floral notes.
