NOTES
Lemonade, Red Plum, Cherry.
In the Awayu language, Nugkui means valuable woman. The name of this coffee honours the strong and admirable women who were part of the pakamuros culture that was located along the mountains that today make up the provinces of Jaen and San Ignacio.
Their farms are located on a region with varying height levels which allows for a diverse microclimate. Further, the natural reserves surrounding their farms help them protect this diversity and their environment.
This coffee has notes of red fruit such as plum and cherries, with a citric acidity, silky body and a lingering finish.
