Fazenda Santuário Sul started in 2017 with the goal of staying ahead of market trends. This complex process began by sourcing coffee from different regions of the world in order to create a new profile of Brazilian coffee.
Today, the farm produces over 30 exotic varieties using various cultivation practices, such as shaded areas, and innovative processes.
