Osito has been working with Roman and his three sons since the first harvest in business. Roman Rodriguez is a key figure in a strong, family-oriented farming operation in the heart of the Eastern Cordillera as it passes between Huila and Caquetá. His long-term dedication to quality, along with his sons’ involvement in various aspects of the business, has contributed to a very successful and well-organised farm. The Rodriguez family’s focus on quality and client relationships is certainly a hallmark of their reputation.

The family structure also spreads across different parts of the farm—Edinson and Jose Roman managing neighbouring farms, while Luis takes charge of processing at Finca Betania. This setup creates a blend of continuity and innovation across the operations.
