Asombombo Cooperative, founded by Luis Alfredo Diaz, helps coffee farmers increase market access and obtain fair prices.  With over 80 Organic certified members, they sell their coffee through Asobombo to earn better rewards for their efforts. 

Bourbon is a specialty coffee darling known for its excellent cup quality and performance at high altitudes. The variety is susceptible to the major diseases, which can make it difficult to grow. Its heritage can be traced back to Yemen where French missionaries introduced Bourbon from Yemen to Bourbon Island (now known as La Reunion) in the early 1700s.

Rich and sweet with a crisp finish.
