BIG Coffee Energy

In a bit of a throwback tribute, we'd like to introduce you to the new kid on the block - FATCAP (BIG Coffee).

As the logo suggests, a Fatcap is a specialised spray can nozzle that's used by graffiti artists to create thick, bold lines in their artwork. Invented in the 1960s by artist 'SUPERCOOL', this bit of gear is now a staple in almost all graffiti you see.
Gabriel Coffee's origins were chock full of spray paint, graffiti, vibrant wall murals, street culture and a dash of industrial grunge, all of which has left its mark on the walls of our roastery. We thought this would be a fitting name for our newest coffee blend.

Bringing this 'in your face' past back to life, FATCAP reimagines old school coffee with some updates and a fresh coat of paint. Combining seasonal coffee beans from origins that feature robust flavour profiles, we've taken the roasting development just a bit further to give you something that's big & bold in the cup, perfect for cutting through a good bit of milk while also giving you a kick that's a bit above the rest.
Releasing in a few select cafes across Sydney at the time of this post, expect to see more of it around the place later in the year. Better yet, grab some from our online store today and see what the fuss is about!
