Since 1988 the Vinhal family has been producing high grade specialty coffee in the heart of Minas Gerais. Sustainability and quality the main focus of this rainforest alliance, 4c and Certifica Minas Certified Farm. To maintain these certifications, they need to comply with a series of standards such as environmental conservation, sustainable production and good social practices and working conditions. The Vinhal Lot 35 was our favourite fruit driven coffee from their farm this year.
