Grown by Luz Helena Salazar at Maracay farm, this coffee meets strict ripeness standards. After careful sorting, cherries undergo 30-hour underwater fermentation and controlled drying.

This microlot is 100% Caturra, a mutation of Red Bourbon from Minas Gerais, Brazil. Caturra is known for its higher yield and disease resistance.

Expect flavours of chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of cranberry-like tartness.
