With a coffee tradition dating back to the beginning of 20th century the Peralta family has been producing exceptional coffees. The La Argentina farm in the Dipilto municipality produces this natural coffee processed at the San Ignacio mill, a facility exclusively used for the process of micro lots and certified RFA coffees from the family farms. At the mill, micro lots can either be dried inside a 1000 m2 climate controlled green house on raised beds or on traditional concrete patios for the larger lots.
