This coffee comes from the farm of Jorge Elias Rojas, who is the owner of La Roca estate located in the south region of Tolima.
The Pink Bourbon is a washed process of 36 hours anaerobic fermentation, controlled with water, and then, dried in raised beds. It's then finished mechanically to end with 25 days in hermetic bags before being milled. Enjoy the clean but crisp profile!
