Guillermo’s daily passion led him in the direction of coffee production, but he had no experience and was unsure as to where to start. In 2014, he decided to risk it and planted his first coffee trees, after some personal development, healing and learning he now produces up to 1000 kilos of coffee (micro lot). This tiny gem produces amazing coffee for the specialty world who like to roast them.
