This small and limited micro lot from Finca Quilanga was purchased from the Bracamoros auction that took place in Ecuador. Producer Carlos Canar dutifully owns and operates this modest farm. A three-hectare parcel of land of which just one hectare is dedicated to coffee. The coffee here is harvested when fully ripe, then fermented for 2-3 days, washed, and dried for an average of 3 weeks on raised beds. Their hard work produces delicate coffees of sweet and savory notes that are encapsulated by a savory and tangy fruit acidity..
