Since 1970 Alberto Guardia has been a coffee farmer. Experimenting with different processing methods for over two decades, giving him a lot more experience with producing naturals and honeyed coffees than a lot of his competitors. Handpicked, floater separation to ensure uniformity and consistency, including two separate drying and resting phases, the last resting phase going for a total of 2 months. Soft acidity, high body, excellent structure makes this coffee a regular feature on our singles program.
